Originally trained in Harley Street as a Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner, Elizabeth Taperek created Staffordshire Skin & Laser Clinic out of a need for a central clinic that offers safe high quality treatments tailored to meet client’s specific requirements.

A) When we lose weight the volume in the fat cells decreases but the number of fat cells remain the same. Weight loss cannot be specific to a concern area, and areas where you may like to retain weight may result in weight loss.

I've been attending the clinic for a while and the lovely Amber carried out my first Hydrofacial treatment. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Amber explained the treatment and was happy to answer any questions before she starts the treatment. The skin on my face is so soft and feels so clean. I was so relaxed throughout my treatment that it helped to calm down my migraine.
The treatment is over an hour long, and because I enjoyed it that much, I've booked another Hydrofacial in 5 weeks' time.
I'm already looking forward to my next Hydrofacial.

Great service as always. I have been to other clinics in the past but returned to this one as it is far superior and I find the treatment lasts longer as others have worn off quite quickly.
Liz is an amazing practitioner and puts you at ease straight away. She is very knowledgeable about all the treatments and explains procedures accurately.

I always feel welcomed at the clinic, Amber always makes sure I'm comfortable before continuing and I know I can say at any time if there's a problem. There's always a lot of before and after laser care for the skin and Amber always does a lot to minimize any soreness. I just wanted to say that, as a transgender woman, it can often be risky to go to a skin clinic as you never know what response you'll receive, if the staff will be accepting, etc. From day one I've always felt welcome at SSalc, I'm so happy with the results I've gotten and it really means a lot how friendly and unfazed the staff at the clinic (especially Amber!) have been. If anyone ever asks me for a recommendation I'll know where to send them.
