About Save Face
Save Face is a government approved register that connects people who value their health and appearance with a practitioner they can trust.
Our History
Save Face was established in 2014 by Ashton and Brett Collins. Ashton came up with the idea for Save Face after trying to find a practitioner online and was put off by the amount of horror stories about people having botched procedures carried out by dodgy practitioners. Feeling totally confused about who to trust, she found herself wondering why there was no service that connects members of the public with safe, qualified practitioners. And the idea for Save Face was born. Having worked in the accreditation sector for many years, Ashton understood the value of independent assessment and verification models and after seeking out expert clinical advice from our Clinical Director, she was able to design an assessment model to ensure that people seeking treatments would be in the safest possible hands.
Since 2014 Save Face has assessed and verified over 12,000 practitioners, 14,000 clinics and helped over 1 Million people to find a safe practitioner. In addition to connecting people with safe and trustworthy practitioners, we also help those who have fallen foul to bad practice. To date, we have supported over 15,000 members of the public with their complaints and complications.
For the last ten years, Ashton has been championing better industry standards and advocating patient safety and works regularly with the UK’s leading press and media outlets including the BBC and ITV to help educate the public about making safe and informed decisions.

What is Save Face
Save Face is the only platform where you can find accredited practitioners and clinics who have been independently assessed and verified to ensure they meet the highest industry standards. To achieve Save Face accreditation each practitioner and clinic must pass our rigorous 116-point assessment process. Every clinic listed on our register has been inspected by one of our nurse assessors to ensure that it is safe and hygienic.
Our accreditation process is designed to ensure that the practitioners on our register are equipped to deliver the best possible results in the safety way possible. We know exactly what to check and how to check it, which leaves you free to concentrate on your consultation and your treatment journey.
