I have visited RTW Skin Clinic twice now for much needed treatment and I have found everyone helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and friendly on both occasions.
The clinic is calming, well equipped and clean.
Dr Nina is very caring, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She explained every step of the way and gave me time to ask questions and feel happy to proceed.

You couldn't be in better hands! Dr Nina is a true professional, offering the best advice, realistic expectations and the highest standard of care. I recently had lip filler for the first time, the results are exactly what I wanted, with a natural look and lines gone. She also gave excellent after care advice including alcohol wipes to avoid touching the area. I was a little nervous beforehand, but felt reassured that the clinic is accredited and their reviews show a high level of care and excellent results. I am 100% happy with the results of my treatment, thank you!

Just amazing , the experience from first apt to follow up after the treatment was friendly , professional and the treatment was exceptional, the result was amazing , not any trace of the “ lumps and bumps “ left on my face . I have just finished 3 treatments of SmoothEye at RTW skin. An under eyelid, or upper eyelid, even both! laser treatment to help erase fine lines and improve firmness, which was happening under my eyes especially.
The years have past and my under eye skin is starting to lose elasticity and I am noticing more fine lines appearing.
I am delighted with the result, my under eye skin is smoother, fresher and the lines are really softened and definitely improved.
Definitely a treatment that I would recommend with minimal downtime.
The next day my eyes were pinkish underneath and on the third day hardly noticeable.
I had numbing cream applied and this made sure that it was comfortable, without pain.

Dr Nina made me feel very at ease, explained everything to me and discussed the various treatment options. She has many years experience and is an expert in her field. I have been a client of Nina Sheffield's for, must be, 15 years now, even though I now travel around 2 hours each way, seeing anyone other than Nina is a definite no go. From Botox to thread vein removal to threads, I have had many treatments with Nina over the years, and I always leave feeling confident and very satisfied with my treatments. All of the staff at RTW skin are very professional and friendly.
With all of the bad press around badly done aesthetic cosmetic treatments I would not go to anyone else, even though I tackle the M25 each time.

Dr Nina Sheffield was excellent and highly skilled. I had lip fillers last Saturday for the first time which was totally painless and the results are great. I developed a little bruising but that has just about gone a few days later.
