I am a qualified nurse and independent nurse prescriber, working part time at Salford Royal Hospital, Manchester in Dermatology. Having this depth of knowledge and experience has prompted me to open loeSkin clinic  to offer additional support and meet unmet needs in the community in combination with Aesthetic and Medical Laser services.  I have also worked for Galderma for the past six years, delivering education to HCPs in the NHS, private and aesthetic sector. 

loveSkin provides expert advice and it is one of our goals to educate you about your skin health. I am a member of the British Dermatology Nursing Group and British Medical Laser Association and have attended meeting of the BACN and NAPG group with the intention of joining them in the new year.  I regularly publishes in scientific journals.  loveSkin is a newly refurbished clinic with a welcoming reception area downstairs and 2 treatment rooms upstairs.

I started my journey into aesthetics as I found it absolutely fascinating- it was a different world.

I started my journey by training with Skin Viva in Manchester, and I have never looked back.

I treat patients from all over the UK these days. My aesthetic clinics are based in Cheadle Hulme a suburb of Stockpor, Cheshire.

In addition Chandlers Ford which is also also a suburb close to Winchester and Southampton in Hampshire.

I specialise in medical grade skincare and treating skin conditions such as Pigmentation, Acne, Rosecea and Melasma.

I am part of the Allergan Institute who provide support and continual professional development to their delegates.

The Aesthetic Clinic is my passion and I aim to make all clients feel confident and happy about their appearance by providing permanent solutions using cutting edge clinical treatments. Professionalism, skill and dedication are reflected in my results and continued professional training ensures the treatments offered are at the cutting edge of non-surgical aesthetics.

A full consultation will be carried out before any treatment takes place along with a follow-up appointment. I had a great start in aesthetics training in Microsclerotherapy under Mark Whiteley at The Whiteley Clinic, Guilford, which gave me the inspiration and confidence to start my own aesthetic clinic. Since then I have trained and developed expertise in Dermaroller, Botulinum Toxin injections, Dermal Fillers and PDO thread lifting.

I graduated as a doctor from the University of Edinburgh Medical School in 2003 and began anaesthetic and aesthetic training in 2006. I became a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2010 and am currently a Consultant Anaesthetist at Manchester Royal Infirmary. Anaesthetic skills naturally compliment the skills required to be an aesthetic clinician and I believe being a doctor expertly trained in this field provides comfort and reassurance to my clients.

Dr Ahmed El Muntasar began his medical career graduating with a BSc Hons Biomedical Science from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland before completing his medical degree at the University of Manchester.

Following post graduate training in Greater Manchester, Dr El Muntasar holds full General Medical Council registration and has completed additional training through the British Association of Dermatologists and Royal College of Surgeons.

His work has been presented at national and international conferences, leading to publication in several world-renowned journals.

His great passion for clinical research lead him to focus his efforts on patient safety; Dr El Muntasar led the Quality Improvement Committee for East Lancashire Teaching Hospital, acting as a driving force for constant innovation and prioritising patients’ interests.

Dr El Muntasar is highly involved in medical education and recently enjoyed completing an MSc in Medical Education and leadership at University College London.

This builds on previous experience acting as a local Teaching Lead for senior University of Manchester medical students.

Immensely proud of his heritage, Dr El Muntaser is fluent in Arabic having spent his early life in Libya.

Outside of work and professional development, Dr El Muntasar enjoys photography, travelling, exploring different cultures and sampling world cuisines. He looks forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
