I have been struggling with pigmentation for a long time now and after being on the prescription started by Dr Mandy, the melasma has improved dramatically and now I am 90% clear of the pigments! What sets The Method apart is the constant communication I receive from them about the skincare regime, I always get great advice when I'm unsure of what to do and they are always there and I know I can count on them.

I had a virtual consultation with Dr Mandy a couple of weeks ago and was put on the Obagi-C rx system and it has completely transformed my skin! It's brighter and more even and the best thing was I didn't even get much sensitivity from the regime. Thanks a lot to Dr M and the team.

Lovely consultation via zoom with Peyton who took time to listen to my concerns and cares about creating a regime that I am able to commit to. Very glad I signed up for the session - it was 80 quids but in the end I had the funds deducted from my skincare so it's essentially free personalised dermatologist grade advice with really great products

I was worried on starting on the clenziderm system as I have heard from others that it can be quite harsh. Dr M really put my worries at ease as she went through the steps and explained the process all very clearly and now I feel like I am confident in starting this journey! Really professional service by the team too with the products shipped to me the next day with tracking. can't fault them especially with such reasonable prices.

I got in touch with Dr Mandy recently and immediately knew I was in good hands. After a discussion on the concerns and taking into consideration my busy lifestyle I was prescribed the Obagi-C Rx system which is amazing as it doesn't require a ten step routine. I've just started it and so far everything just absorbs right into my skin, and I have not experienced any irritation. Even though it's early days to comment on my sun spots I can already feel the difference in the texture of my skin which is notihng short of an amazing feeling!!

I use the pore therapy from clenziderm regularly, and always have issues with reordering - until I find these guys on Google! They are so professional and always friendly on the phone/ email. Getting my regular prescriptions from them has been such a joy.

second time needing to top up my Obagi items so I spoke with Dr M and within a day I had the tracking info for my order. She is so efficient but overall just such a lovely person to speak to! My skin on the other hand has never felt better as she put me on a combination of vit c, retinol and a nice hydrator which feels really comforting to my dry skin. i really think the elastiderm range is fantastic!

My experience with Mandy was amazing, she is very professional and also very kind and available. I had some scar treatment done with the skin pen and would 100% reccomend to treat visible scars as I saw a lot of improvement with this treatment.
