Since I first attended Novello in 2019, Yuliya and her staff have done wonders with my skin. Originally I attended with a more cosmetic enquiry and Yuliya quickly realised that my skin could be much improved with facials and skincare. I have since had musle relaxing injections which are always expertly injected in a very safe and medical environment. I have always been really pleased with the results. Recently Yuliya has been very honest about my skin and actively discourages me from getting anything further cosmetically for the benefit of my skin. I really trust her and her team.

I have been visiting Yuliya for 6 years, and she is a brilliant nurse and practitioner. From my very first consultation she actively helped me achieve my skincare goals with the use of products and facials even though I wanted to try alternative routes. I have since tried muscle relaxing injections and been really pleased each time with the natural results and the aftercare recieved. I always feel like she knows the best for my own face and will avoid doing anything that would change my natural features.

Trauma and lifestyle choices really takes toll on skin I’m finally at a point where I don’t need or want to wear a lot of make up , hardly wear anything anymore yuliya has really helped me overcome this with the quality and texture of my skin , skin I am comfortable in that’s really helped my confidence with the help of yuliya and treatments, she could of done which isn’t needed unlike most injectors around she has given such amazing results but it’s all around the mind when it comes to body dismorphia I am really pleased to have found yuliya as she really does help in results what’s right and what’s not but also the helped overcome illness with her time and words she is so appreciated 🫶
