Dr Patel – founder of Perfect Skin Solutions, the multi-award-winning aesthetic clinic, and CellDerma, the bioceutical skincare brand taking the aesthetic industry by storm – started his medical career in General and Vascular Surgery before moving on to gain experience in over 9 specialties including dermatology, during his time served in the Royal Navy and NHS. Dr Patel is a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for industry-leading brands such as InMode, Emerald, and Plexr, and personally scrutinises new technology before bringing new, exclusive treatments to patients of his clinic in Southsea, Hampshire.
As a certified advanced aesthetics practitioner, by combining his extensive dermatology and aesthetics knowledge, he is able to provide a truly holistic and patient-tailored approach to skincare, and it is this commitment to patient care that brings patients not just from across the country, but from across the world.
Dr Patel was a finalist for Medical Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year 2022 and is the proud winner of The Cosmetic Therapist of the Year Award 2013. Outside of medicine and aesthetics, Dr Patel can be found paddleboarding, running, sipping on a cocktail, or taking the family Cockerpoo, Kobi, for walks along the beach in his home city of Portsmouth.

Not a painless procedure but Dr S and his team were quick and reassuring all the way through which really helps. No pain no gain after all ! Can already see a difference which is great. Comprehensive and seamless C-19 procedures in place, the key benefit of visiting this chiropodist, who's also a podiatrist, means while I already knew I had hard skin in specific areas and a curling toe or two, I have an understanding of why such things are happening and what can be done to stop &/or minimise them going forward. And I also know now that a knee issue I've had for years may well be improved/eradicated simply by making changes to improve the position and placement of my feet following a thorough assessment. Time and money well spent in my opinion.
