Had my first hair PRP treatment with Zoe yesterday, previously driving to Essex to have it done I’ve now found Zoe who is in Norwich that does the treatment
Highly recommend her, very polite and welcoming lady. Very clean and explains everything in detail, also very easy to speak to which helps put you at ease
Will definitely be using Zoe again and she also does a wide range of other treatments

Having never had any cosmetic procedure done before, understandably I was abit apprehensive on my 1st visit, but I needn't have been.
From the moment you walk through the door, Zoe makes you feel at ease. She talks you through every single detail of what you are about to have done, from the prep, to the treatment itself and the aftercare. She explains everything in clear detail so you understand exactly what you are about to receive.
100% professional in every aspect and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Zoe is very professional from the moment you get to her clinics she makes you feel comfortable and explains the procedure that you have chosen and makes sure that it's the right thing for you to do. Explains when that you will see results from the procedure chosen and any concerns of after effects thoroughly before the treatment. A very nice experience all round friendly professional and knowledgeable service.

Zoe dissolved filler from my lips from a few years ago, she’s super professional and knowledgeable and had lots of information about the dissolving process. My lips were numbed before starting to make it more comfortable and it didn’t take long to complete. Thank you for being patient with me when I was nervous 🥰 highly recommend x

Zoe did my lip filler and Botox and I couldn’t recommend her more. Both were a smooth process. We sat through a consultation to discuss the best options for me such as the amount and desired effect I was after. Her expertise meant I had minimal pain and passed on extensive aftercare to aid the healing process
